Dewax
Crude extract is heated, blended in solvent, winterized and dewaxed via batch-process filter press. Solvent is removed from the winterized extract. Yield is a function the wax content of the crude. We also offer the option of using active carbon to depigment the oil and chelate other impurities in the process.

Distillation
Winterized extract is heated and distilled with a 1 m2 molecular wiped film distillation column to concentrate hemp and remove any residual solvents, terpenes and other non-targeted fractions separable by boiling point.
MOQ: 500 kg
Throughput: 10 – 45 kg/hr depending on matrix and target.
Crystallization
Hemp distillate with a minimum purity of 60% is crystallized, washed and dried in our top-of-the-line equipment with 65%-85% yield based on quality and cannabinoid concentration in the distillate.
MOQ: 400 kg distillate 60+% CBD, CBG
Throughput: 130-150 kg/day 99% CBD, CBG isolate.
Tolling
30 mL Boston round bottles with glass or plastic standard or CRC droppers filled, labeled, neck banded, lot coded and boxed.
MOQ: 500 bottles
Throughput: 4000 bottles/day
